Shipping Policy

1. Hybrid Catalog & Fulfillment Notice

Our store features a hybrid product catalog:

Direct Store Orders: Items purchased through our checkout are fulfilled by our global fulfillment partners. See Section 2 for delivery timeframes.

Amazon Affiliate Items: Products featuring a "View on Amazon" button redirect to Amazon's platform for checkout and fulfillment. Delivery speed is governed by your Amazon account's Prime or standard shipping selection. Anakha H. Nyx is not the merchant of record for these transactions.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes (Direct Store Orders Only)

Orders are processed and submitted to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery to US addresses: 5–12 business days from shipment confirmation.

Delivery timelines include international transit and standard customs clearance. In rare cases of extended customs inspection, delivery may take up to 20 business days. Once handed to the carrier, real-time tracking is available via the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Import Fees, Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to the United States with a declared value under $800 USD are typically cleared duty-free under the US de minimis threshold. Most US orders will not incur import duties at delivery. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Fulfillment Delays & Your Rights

If we are unable to ship within our stated processing timeframe, we will notify you by email before the original ship-by date with a revised estimate. At that time you may consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund. Refunds for cancelled delayed orders are processed within 7 business days.
