Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Window
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Exclusions: Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a successful return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
- Smart Technology Note: For products like our Vital Smart Health Ring, all original charging accessories, cases, and manuals must be included in the return box.
3. Final Sale Items — No Returns or Refunds
Certain items are designated as Final Sale and are clearly marked as such on the product listing.
- Terms: Final Sale purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable (no exceptions for change of mind, sizing, or buyer's remorse) and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All Final Sale orders are final at checkout and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- Sizing & Fit: Please review all size charts carefully before purchasing. Returns due to sizing issues are not accepted on Final Sale items.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at inquiries@anakhanyx.shop with photos and your order number. Because items ship internationally, please inspect your package thoroughly upon receipt. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
- System Enforcement: Final Sale items are enforced at the system level. Return requests submitted through any online portal for Final Sale items will be automatically declined.
- ⚠️ If a product listing is marked "Final Sale," these terms apply automatically and supersede the standard 14-day return window above.
4. Other Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to international hygiene and safety regulations:
- Personal care items or wearables with broken hygienic seals.
- Gift cards.
5. Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Change of Mind / Standard Returns: For standard returns (e.g., incorrect size selected, buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: Because our primary fulfillment operations are international, returns may need to be shipped to our overseas fulfillment center, which can incur significant carrier transit costs.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective hardware), we will waive the restocking fee. To protect you from high international shipping fees, we reserve the right to issue a replacement or refund upon review of photo evidence, without requiring a physical return. If a physical return is required, we will cover return shipping costs up to a reasonable, pre-approved standard carrier rate.
6. Refunds and Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and confirm whether your refund is approved.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. The 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns and will be deducted from your refund amount. Defective or error-based returns are not subject to the restocking fee.
- Timeline: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
7. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at inquiries@anakhanyx.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Review: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipment: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
8. Exchanges
- Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or alternative size.
